Timetables

On the above tabs, you will find the Class timetables for each Section, showing the timings and location for each Class. If you are a competitor, your Secretary will contact you with final details for the day and an entry pass for your Classes.

The Festival Programme, which contains a much more detailed version of the timetable, is available to buy in advance or at the Festival Reception desk.

Please can all competitors make sure that they have provided any necessary information and material in advance of their Class and, if required, that they bring copies for adjudicators on the day.

Any visitors who would like to join the audience for classes can purchase entry tickets from Reception for morning and afternoon sessions at £3.00 each.

Entry tickets for the Choral Day on Saturday, 8th November, will be £3.00 for the morning session and £5.00 for the Choral Recital Class in the afternoon.

There will be light refreshments available at the Methodist Church, in the Cafeteria, and there will be a small range available to buy at Windsor Road.
Cash and card payments will be possible.

Instrumental

Instrumental Class Timetable

All instrumental Classes other than those for piano will be held at Hazel Grove Methodist Church on Friday 31^st October in Room M2 (the church itself)

Piano Section Classes will all be held on Friday 31^st October, Saturday 1^st & Sunday 2^nd November, at 1 Windsor Road.

Please be mindful of our neighbours, in particular when travelling to Windsor Road as it is a residential are with limited, on street parking .

Please make sure that you arrive and register at Reception in good time and that you provide copies of your music to the Adjudicator.
